What is KPR?

Home Ownership Credit (KPR) is a credit facility from a bank to help you buy a home or property in a smooth way within a certain period of time.

With KPR, you donโ€™t need to prepare the full money to buy a home. Just prepare the advance (DP) and the rest for 5-30 years.

Type of flower

The general conditions of the KPR submission include:

  • WNI aged 21-55 years (maximum 65 years at loans credit)
  • Have a fixed income or a stable business
  • Not in the blacklist of BI Checking (SLIK OJK)
  • Have KTP, KK, NPWP, and slip salary/financial report
  • Savings books last 3-6 months

There is no basic minimum wage, but the bank applies the principle:

  • Maximum yield of 30-40% of net income
  • Example: Rp 5 million, minimum salary Rp 15-17 million
  • The income of the couple can be combined (joint income)
  • Additional income can be counted with evidence
